!! Please don't commission me for anything to do with needles I have a phobia !!!! I will not accept commissions that ask me to emulate other people’s styles !!By completing my commission form you're confirming that you agree to the following terms of service:Completing my commission request form does not guarantee your commission will be accepted.Payment will be taken through Kofi which supports Paypal + Credit/Debit card payment.Payment will be taken before work on the commission begins - I will request payment when I reach the month your commission has been agreed to be started.If your commission has a slot for a certain month it does not mean your commission will be completed in that month - it means that your commission will be started in that month.I will work multiple commissions simultaneously in the month. Depending on size + complexity of the commission, your commission could take longer to complete than others.Commissioners may request visual progress updates at any time after work begins on the commission - general progress of all commissions can be tracked through my trello board.I work a full time job Monday - Friday 9am -5pm GMT - please do not expect updates + replies during these times.Commissioned work is not to be used for NFTs or training AI models.Work will be completed to the quality illustrated at https://goatgorl.carrd.coPlease be sure about commissioning me - I do not offer refunds on work I have started unless there is a reason I cannot complete it, or I do not wish to complete it.I am happy to provide a full refund if I have not yet started working on the commission. I can offer partial refunds for individual items if I have not yet begun work on them. Eg - You paid for 5 panels but now you only want 4, and I have not begun work on at least one of the panels.A full refund will be provided if for some reason I cannot complete the commission within a reasonable timeframe and the commissioner is unhappy to wait any longer - a commission is considered complete when the full version is delivered with mistakes fixed- please see below for revision terms and definitions.I WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS.Revisions
1 major revision to pose/expression/character can be requested up until colouring begins - commissioners will be asked to approve the sketch + lines before colouring begins.1 minor revision may be requested during the process of colouring + rendering.1 minor revision may be requested after colouring + rendering is complete and approval is requested.Any mistakes made where I missed something clearly stated can be requested to be fixed at any point and don't count as revisions.Definitions
"Revision" - a set of requested updates
"Major revision" - pose change, espression change, large character changes
"Minor revision" - colour change, 'could you please make his hair darker blue + add earrings? thank you!' = 1 minor revision
"Reasonable timeframe" - 2x the given estimated timeline or before an agreed deadline, not counting time where I am waiting on approval/response
"Mistake" - something that deviates from a clearly communicated criteria for the commission in an obvious way
